This place is great. The bathrooms are clean, there are a million different pamphlets for every imaginable activity in the Dells area, and the people working are always friendly and happy to recommend activities, restaurants, etc. It also has nice cold AC if you're visiting in the summer and the car park next to it is like half a block from the downtown strip. I always park there when visiting the dells with the exception of last time (Spring 2019) when they were redoing the road it was on so there wasn't access.
Gail was very helpful and suggested the Riverwalk for a nice walk. Great advice!
Excellent service, they offer the entertainment card for locals which is a amazing deal!!!
They have all the information needed for a great vacation also available a employment and a housing guide

Clean! AC!! It was a hot humid day, felt great to enter the doors. Bathrooms were wonderful! Gals at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were greeted and welcomed very warmly. We learned so much and just added to our excitement for repeating the trip all the way from TX.
Very clean place and very nice and helpful people. Glad we went here first to plan our day.
This building appears to be very new. It's used to provide local area pamphlets, discount flyers and they have restrooms. One nice touch is a kids play area in the center of the lobby.
